Villages of Messina is a 490 acre master planned development in Leander, Texas that has been renamed Bryson.  Leander, Texas has great plans around its 2,300 acre TOD or Transit Oriented Development Area and Villages of Messina – renamed Bryson – is one of them. David Weekley, Scott Felder, Grand Haven, and Drees Custom Homes are the builders developing homes in Bryson with traditional and farmhouse craftsman designs

Bryson has both US Highway 183 access as well as the new 183A Toll Road access. Out of the 342 acres total, 251 are planned to be residential (750 single family) and 90 acres mixed use commercial.
