Sandwiched between 2243, East Crystal Falls, Ronald Reagan Blvd. and the new 183 A is Ridgmar Landing, a restricted rural subdivision of acreage estates. Ridgmar Landing Hike and Bike Trail

There is a proposed secondary route Leander Hike and Bike Trail along the Brushy Creek on the North side of Ridgmar Landing on the City of Leander Master Park & Trail Plan. Also Ronald Reagan, which is what Parmer is called north of 1431, is a great bikers “veloway”. Many Lance Armstrong wannabes, or just people who want to be in shape can be seen daily on the road. It is a great place to ride since there is a wide shoulder, it goes all the way to Georgetown and the views are for miles.

On the east side of Ridgmar Landing is East Crystal Falls Parkway. This section of road, the easternmost section of East Crystal Falls between the new 183A Toll Road and Ronald Reagan aka Parmer Lane was just totally redone in a huge project. East Crystal Falls has many businesses, vacant land and schools on it. The frontage is transitioning into commercial. The Leander theatre was located there but just relocated. The Williamson County Humane Society has a huge piece of land to operate on there. The Good Earth Day School, a private school, operates accross from Leander ISD’s new Rouse High School and Wylie Middle School.
