Overlook Estates is a small neighborhood in Leander, Texas with estate sized lots from about 1/2 to 1 acre and beautiful, large executive type homes.  Located off of County Road 273 in Leander, Texas, Overlook Estates is often “overlooked” because it is such a hidden gem! Many homes have incredible views. Overlook Estates is located just west of the new 183A Expressway, south of 2243 (or South St., also called Leander Road) and just north of the Oakridge neighborhood. There is a mandatory Home Owners Association (HOA) and City of Leander water (Upper Brushy Creek W.C.I.D.) and sewer. Electric is provided by PEC or Perdernales Electric Coop.

Take CR 273 (at Horizon Park) north from East Crystal Falls Parkway then turn east on Scenic Path into the neighborhood. You can also go south on County Road 273 from 2243.
