Northside Meadow is a neighborhood in Leander Texas directly across from the Leander TOD or Transit Oriented Development on Highway 183 and behind the HEB Plus grocery store and shopping center. Developed on about 82 acres, the builder is DR Horton who is building on 50 and 60 foot lots. DR Horton is building Estate Series and Premier Series homes. New home prices started in the low to mid $200’s. New Homes in the Premier Series started from the $220’s and are 1,561 to 2,945 square feet in size. Homes in the Estate Series with larger lots started in the $250k range and are 1,773 to 3,119 square feet in size. There will be parks in the neighborhood. Construction began in April of 2013 and will occur in several phases. 246 single family homes were planned. There will be an HOA or Home Owners Association.
