Georgetown Texas has some great restaurants that are above and beyond the normal, everyday fare. Here are some of my favorite Georgetown Texas Restaurants.

The Monument Cafe is one of my favorite Georgetown TX restaurants. I have been enjoying eating there since it was at its old location further south on Austin Ave. Great service, great food and it looks like an old city diner but it is newly constructed. Replete with its own gardens out back, food is fresh- free range eggs, freshly squeezed juices, mostly organic veggies. FREE Wi Fi. The Wildfire at 812 S. Austin Avenue is a great Georgetown Texas restaurant with an oak wood fire grill. I love the salmon salad and everything I have had at the Wildfire. For very special occasions as well as everyday dining the Wildfire is exquisite! 512-869-3473

There are many common franchises like Applebee’s along IH 35 in Georgetown and Soup and Salad in Wolf Ranch at 1013 West University Avenue. Just northeast of Georgetown, TX in Walburg, TX is the German Walburg Restaurant at 3777 FM 972, Walburg, TX (512) 863-8440. Live music by the great Walburg Boys, a Biergarten, an 1882 building and great German food.

El Charrito Restaurant on Austin, north of the Square, is a place for Mexican food and inexpensive breakfast tacos and close to Blue Hole and the Pickett Trail too!
