Edgewick is a new gated condominium community in Austin near Downtown Austin (approx. 1.2 miles), Travis Heights, Westgate as well as the SoCo (South Congress) area. A few years ago, pricing in Edgewick started in the $140’s. You can see where they are now below. The developer was aiming for low maintenance, high feature homes in Edgewick. Over 200 units were planned. Condo living is very popular in Austin, Texas. Edgewick new home plans have all the Austin names like SoCo, Bouldin, Zilker, Barton, Waterloo and Penn. Phase One has sold out but Phase Two is under construction. Condo units include garages and look like homes.
