Caballo Ranch is a new Northwest Austin Area development in the Cedar Park, Leander area of new homes. There are greenbelt views, a lot of large trees, slightly rolling terrain and the development is bordered by 2 natural creeks. Buffington Signature Homes was building homes from the upper $200’s. to low $300’s. Scott Felder had offerings on 60′ lots from the 230’s to the $350’s. To get to Caballo Ranch, take Whitestone (or 1431) to CR 272 to come in the back way or, easier to find, take 1431 to Parmer (Ronald Reagan). Then head north on Parmer (Ronald Reagan) until you see the huge brownstone entryway monument right next to Spiritwood Riding Stable. Look for the white fences.
