Belterra Resort Community – Austin – Texas

Belterra is a 1,600 acre luxury resort community located in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country area of southwest Austin between downtown Austin and Dripping Springs. Belterra is a premier master-planned community in Hays County. It is approximately 16 miles to downtown Austin from Belterra and a little over 18 miles to UT.

There are 400 areas for recreation including green spaces, miles of nature trails for hiking and biking interconnect with parks and have underpasses at major thoroughfares, parks and sport fields.
