Brentwood is a very walkable neighborhood in Central Austin. Restaurants, entertainment and services are nearby. Most homes are older bungalow style but if you are lucky you can find a home that has been remodeled already or even newly built, perhaps the popular modern style.

Brentwood is bordered by 45th Street, Burnet Road, Justin Lane and North Lamar Boulevard. Streets include Joe Sayers, Woodrow B, Koenig, Romeria

Brentwood Park at 6710 Arroyo Seco, Austin 78757 at Justin, is nine acres, boasts a playground, picnic area, vollyball and tennis court, baseball field, pool and hosts the Violet Crown Festival. Crestview shopping center is a landmark.
